Charity Seminar, Sun 1st October '06, 10am - 4pm, Pinewood Gym

This years charity seminar is held in aid of Autism. Tickets are £15 and there will be instruction in Ju Jitsu, Karate, Aikido, Judo to name but a few.

Charity Social Evening, Fri 6th Oct '06

With the usual entertainment in the form of a live band, along a raffle and nibbles this always proves to be a great night out. As above all proceeds from this ever successful event are going towards Autism. More details coming soon!

The charity social evening was again a huge success. This event event was held in conjuction with this years seminar and in total both events raised over £1500 for the charity Parity.

Renshi Kevin would like to thank all those who attended the Parity seminar on Sunday 9th October and hopes everyone had a great time. The seminar was a huge success and seemed to be enjoyed by students and Sensei's alike. The total raised so far for Parity is over £550 and with the social night still to take place this total will be driven up even further. We will keep you posted for the final tally raised, so watch this space!

Christmas Night Out
TJJK has planned a Christmas night out for it's members on Monday 6th December. The evening will be an eat as much as you can buffet in Aldershot. You can meet at Kevin's house at 7.30pm or go direct to Aldershot for 8.00pm.

Double success for CRY!

TJJK hosted a double charity event in the form of a Seminar on Sun 17th Oct and a Charity Benefit Evening on Fri 22nd Oct for the charity CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). Both events were a resounding success and together raised an amazing £1092. There are more fundraising events in the pipeline too that will be added to that total.

The Money raised will go towards helping with the cost of testing for possible heart risks in young children.

Sensei Kevin would like to thank everyone who participated in the event, without your support the event can't take place! Special thanks go to the guest instructors that travelled all the way down from Blackburn to attend.

Charity Seminar - Sun 17th Oct '04
We will be holding a charity seminar to coincide with the CRY Charity Benefit Evening. It will take place at Pinewood on Sunday 17th Oct, 10am - 6pm. Many exciting guest instructors will be attending as well as our usual instructors from TJJK and sisiter clubs. Tickets on sale now! Watch this space for more information.

Training Dates.
Due to events taking place at Pinewood Gym over the Summer Term, the following training dates, times and/or venue's have been ammended as follows -
Mon 2nd August - Club visit to Gin Tatsu in Aldershot. Lesson time 8.00 - 9.30pm.
Wed 4th August - The lesson will run at the earlier time of 7.30 - 9.00pm.
Mon 23rd August - Lesson moved to Thur 26th Aug for a Club Visit to WJJK in Farnborough. 8.30 - 10.00pm.
Wed 25th August - The lesson will run at the earlier time of 7.30 - 9.00pm.
Tatsumaki BBQ .
Kevin Sensei will be holding a BBQ at his house for members of TJJK on Saturday 21st August, 4pm 'til late.
CRY Charity Benefit Evening.
We will be holding an event on the evening of Friday 22nd October for the charity CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) at the Camberley Working Mens Club, starting at 7.00pm. With entertainment in the form of a live band along with cheap drinks it looks to be another successfull evening. One not to be missed. All proceeds going to CRY.

Association Seminar.

The Fighting Arts Organisation GB 18th annual open Self-Defence Seminar will be held in Wanstead on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st March 2004.

The seminar Fees are as follows:
